Kate has spent most of her career working in politics, driven by a commitment to social justice. She is chief of staff to a federal independent MP and previously worked in political consultancy in the UK. Kate has qualifications in political science, public policy and education, and is studying migration law.
Kate loved growing up in Tasmania and feels lucky to be raising a family here.
