We can't wait to welcome you all back again next year where we will once again celebrate the best our beautiful Isle has to offer.
You’ll be treated to a four-course degustation, each created by a standout Tasmanian chef and complemented by award-winning Tassie beverages.
Our MCs for the night will likely be John X, Nic d'Emden, Chef Paul Foreman and the wonderfully witty and charming Sarah Morrison of 7HOFM, who’ll take us through the unique auction items, live crosses to the kitchen and dance the night away to an amazing performance by the Royal Australian Navy Band Tasmania.
Most importantly, every dollar raised will help us continue to empower children to live without limits.
MC – John X
With a remarkable career spanning stage, screen and radio, John has performed in some of Australia’s biggest productions, but we’re especially grateful that he continues to make the Variety stage his own. At the heart of so many special Variety moments over the years, we honestly couldn’t imagine the night without him.
MC – Chef Paul Foreman
Paul Foreman brings over 30 years of culinary expertise to the stage, combining refined technique with bold, creative flair. With a natural ability to engage a crowd, he delivers food experiences that are as entertaining as they are delicious.
MC – Sarah Morrison
Sarah Morrison is a passionate and community-minded radio presenter with 7HOFM. Sarah brings energy, warmth and authenticity to our event with her down to earth storytelling and a genuine love for Tasmania.
MC – Nicolas d'Emden
There’s a new face behind the mic this year! A very warm Variety welcome to Nicolas d’Emden, who joins our MC team for the first time. And we’re wasting no time turning up the heat, with Nicolas stepping in as our second kitchen correspondent.

We are proud to have the Australian Navy Band perform at our event, delivering a dynamic mix of classic favourites and contemporary hits. Their versatile style appeals to a wide audience, creating a vibrant atmosphere that lifts the room and makes the event both memorable and meaningful.
